I was selected as one of 60 undergraduate STEM students nationwide to receive the Presidential Science Scholarship, the Republic of Korea's highest national honor for students in science and engineering. Selection involves a competitive, government-led evaluation process that assesses academic performance, research aptitude, and leadership qualities. As part of this recognition, I was personally presented with a commendation and medal by the president of the Republic of Korea—an honor reflecting placement among the top 0.1% of engineering students in the country.
