Kanghee Shin (신강희, 申強熙)
Kanghee Shin (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) is currently working toward the M.S. degree with Sejong University, Seoul, Republic of Korea.
He is a very self-motivated student with a strong background in power semiconductor physics and cleanroom fabrication.
His research focuses on TCAD-driven advanced design, cleanroom fabrication, characterization, and reliability analysis of next-generation power devices and related application technologies.
He aims to improve the efficiency of power electronic systems by leveraging (ultra-)wide bandgap power devices, with the ultimate goal of achieving carbon neutrality and addressing global energy inequality.
